EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK

Start with the site.

Jonathan Spry brings 30+ years of prior commercial construction experience, including concrete layout and field oversight. Steel Ridge is a new company drawing on that background.

Tell us how the area will be used, what is already there, and what needs to change. We review access, layout, drainage, and project requirements before confirming a scope.

  • Sidewalks and connecting paths
  • Commercial flatwork and replacement requests

BEFORE WE SCHEDULE

Scope first.
Then the work.

A written estimate defines the proposed work. Site conditions, business access, project requirements and scheduling determine whether the project is a fit.

A FEW DETAILS HELP

Tell us what
the project needs.

A ZIP code, project description, approximate size and optional site photos are enough to begin. We can discuss plans and specific requirements during follow-up.

01What commercial concrete work can I request?

Send requests for slabs, sidewalks, connecting paths, and commercial flatwork or replacement. Describe how the area will be used, including expected vehicles or equipment. Steel Ridge reviews the site and project requirements before confirming whether the work is a fit.

02What affects a commercial concrete estimate?

The area, intended use, existing surface removal, site preparation, drainage, and equipment access all affect the scope. Plans, concrete specifications, phasing, and business access requirements may also affect the work. A written estimate should identify the included work and any exclusions.

03Can work be planned around customer or delivery access?

Tell us which entrances, parking areas, walkways, and loading areas must remain available, along with business and delivery hours. We can discuss phasing and access constraints during review. Continued access, off-hours work, and specific dates must be agreed in the scope; they are not guaranteed by submitting a request.

04Where do you take commercial projects?

Our service area covers Forsyth, Dawson, Hall, Cherokee, Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, Lumpkin and Pickens counties. Send your ZIP and scope so we can confirm availability.

05Can I send plans or detailed requirements?

Mention the plans, specifications, or requirements in your request. The online form accepts optional site photos; we can arrange the next step for other documents during follow-up. You can start with your name, phone, ZIP, and project type even if the plans are not ready.

06Does submitting a request reserve a start date?

No. We review the project, confirm the scope in a written estimate, then agree on a schedule together. Include a target date in the optional details if you have one so timing can be discussed early.

Ready when you are.

Tell us what you're planning. Jonathan will follow up to talk it through and discuss a time to look at the site.
